Being An Airline Pilot Is Not Hard

Being an airline pilot is not the hard part of this job. The hard part is putting up with airline management and the airline industry.

There is so much extra stress involved that is not even part of doing the job. As a pilot you are always a liability to the airline. They seem to always think you are payed too much and a pay cut is needed. If you don't take the pay cut they will just give the flying to another airline.

So in addition to being an airline pilot there are mountains of other worries that a pilot has to put up with. Doesn't sound like the safest way to operate an airline does it?
