Thats right regional airlines are getting the job to fly connection routes because they are cheaper. Well cheaper often comes from making the airline employees very unhappy and operating on a slim budget. Slim budgets often means pushing safety to its limit. Cheaper means the not so best applicants apply for pilot and mechanic jobs.
